Price Reduced Hohner Professional ST Viper II Electric Guitar played by Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody in Bangor, Gwynedd for sale

PRICE REDUCED You are bidding on my Hohner Professional ST Viper II electric guitar. I have owned this guitar from new and it is approximately 18 years old. As you can see from the photos it is in excellent condition. It also sounds great. The neck features an all maple construction featuring an unbound rosewood fret board, dot side markers, adjustable truss-rod, graphite nut. It is in full working order and all the volume, tone and pick up selector switches work perfectly. It has a Floyd rose tremelo system with whammy bar and locking nuts at the neck end which help to keep the guitar in tune longer. Included in the sale is a blue guitar strap and a BC Rich electric guitar tuner, and also a guitar lead and some spare strings. The body is Indonesian alder3 HP single coil GS-3 S; 1 HP humbucker GH-7 S (bridge); 5-way switch; vol/tone; black hardware; deluxe machine heads. Now the Gary Lightbody link. I knew Gary when we were at school and university together. In 1994 we used to play together in a band in a small scout hall in Craigavan, Holywood. We used to swap instruments all the time and i know for a fact that Gary would have played this guitar whilst i messed about on the drums etc. Its a tedious link, but its true!!! I even have a recording of three songs that we did (one of which was to feature on Shrugs first demo tape before they became Snow Patrol) in this scout hall and it is very obvious who the singer is. I am looking £130 ono for the guitar, tuner and the strap. Any questions just ask. Guitar is located in Bangor I might even put a copy of the demo tape in with the guitar so you can have a laugh.
